Story

5Duty Calls
Latisha is a woman who works at the Bismarck, a place where people come to dine.
Latisha is surprised that some of her diners evade taxes. She admits this may spoil their appetite, but agrees it serves the city. She promises to alert Mealvaan's Gate if any merchant on the list comes to eat.
12A Thousand Words
Latisha, at the Bismarck restaurant, is upset. A first-time patron has just left without paying his bill.
Latisha is proud of the Bismarck's fine food and service, so being cheated hurts twice as much. Latisha asks you to take R'sushmo's drawing of the man to the Yellowjackets (the city guard).
