P'tahjha works at Mealvaan's Gate, where Limsa Lominsa checks imported goods and collects duty, a tax on them.
P'tahjha explains that some merchants try to dodge duty and must be chased down. P'tahjha has you carry ledgers about them to Sundhimal at the Octant and Latisha at the Bismarck, places where merchants gather.

P'tahjha is at Mealvaan's Gate, still collecting duty on goods brought into the city.
P'tahjha has been waiting for Sweetnix's import records and is glad they arrive in time. He is late every month, and she thinks about expelling him. She sends him kind words: traders who follow the rules are welcome.
