R'ashaht Rhiki is with the Maelstrom, Limsa Lominsa's Grand Company (its army). R'ashaht notes how far you travel on foot for your duties.
R'ashaht Rhiki says a fine Maelstrom soldier like you deserves a personal chocobo, a large riding bird. R'ashaht explains the way: trade company seals with the quartermaster for a

to choose her words with care, and says a former Company of Heroes member works at the Grey Fleet mills.- 164A Pup No Longer (Maelstrom)
