Hidden
Lore Gogolata says he has gone to 'Nophica's bosom'. Nophica is one of the Twelve, the goddess of soil, harvests and abundance, a fitting goddess for a man enjoying warm meals and a soft bed.
In-game text The Small Envelope's text is a little joke: the letter was 'written in shorthand by a tiny man'.
Title reference The title flips the saying 'overstay your welcome' (also 'wear out your welcome'): staying so long that you are no longer wanted. Gogolata has no wish to leave the Bobbing Cork.

Gogolata

A cozy bed, warm meals, fine spirits... I tell you, friend, ever since I came here it's like I've died and gone to Nophica's bosom!

Go home to Ul'dah? To that ramshackle hovel where nothing awaits but my gil-pinching wife and her endless whinging? Never!

Perhaps you can help me. My wife's hired some poor sop to bring me home, but I reckon this'll give him a change of heart.

‘I'll enjoy the good service here a while longer, he can stand on his head for all I care!’ English expects the envelope to change the man's mind; German says he can do as he likes, it is staying.
‘For I intend to enjoy this inn a good while longer!’ English expects the envelope to change the man's mind; Japanese just vows to keep enjoying the inn.

Deliver the envelope to the haughty houseboy.

Wh-Whaddaya want!? The missus paid me good coin to bring her good-for-nothin' husband home.

‘If I don't escort my master back to Ul'dah quickly, his wife will make the seven hells hot for me!’ English says the wife paid him good coin; German says he fears her wrath if he fails.
‘Ahh... just thinking about it is terrifying!’ English says the wife paid him good coin; Japanese dreads what the madam will do if he fails.

Your gil don't mean nothin' to me. The missus paid me─hm? What in the hells? A room o' me own here at the Cork─plus all the ale I can drink─fully paid, courtesy o' Gogolata?

G-Get out of me way! I'm goin' to go give that man a piece of me mind!

Speak with Gogolata.

Gogolata

Hah hah! It would seem your efforts were a success. My wife's associate just stopped by a moment ago.

Seems he wanted to express his gratitude in person. Downed a pint of ale and dashed right off to his room, where he's sleeping quite soundly, if his rather conspicuous snoring is any guide. Ahhh...the comforts of life on the road!

‘Looks very much like I've won a valuable ally, heh heh.’ English sighs over the comforts of life on the road; German gloats over gaining a valuable ally.
